They introduced civil service. Two types of civil service; one is convenanted  nd other is unconvenanted civil service. The first category faithful of company and the second consist of Indian, pasia, English and portuguese.they Did not sign any convenant with the company. Two controlling authority were there. One is board of control, which is superior body, appointed parliment and other is court of directors, it is consist of proprietor of company.

He ascended the throne of Dehli in 1211.he belongs to renowned ilbari tribe in Turkistan.

Noble elect aram shah as sultan but he was insufficient so noble invite ltutmish to defeat aram shah.he defeat and become a sultan.

Sultan qutbuddin (1206_10) He conquered Hans, Meerut, Dehli, koil, qanauj, ranthambar.he also had due share in the conquest of Banaras, kalinjar and mahoba. He was viceroy of Muhammad ghuri, after his death his dynasty was divide among his slaves.ghuri bestowed the title of sultan on qutbuddin .after that qutbuddin defeat tajuddin yalduz and capture Lahore. Qutbuddin die on November 1210 A.D when playing Chauhan(polo) and was buried at lahore.he married the sister of tajuddin yalduz. Character of qutbuddin He was generous, kind and had build good relation with other religions believers.in his era ulema and the learned were held in the highest esteem. He build two mosque ,one at Delhi and other at Ajmer.

 Rise of ghuri dynesty in India  It's also know as patan or afgan dynesty.ghuri had faithful servant and fought under the banner of sultan mahmud.sultan Mahmud descendant was bahram ,who was very curel and aggressive ruler. Bahram become indifferent in their allegiance toward   guhries, the matter took serious when one of ghuri chief qutbuddin was put into death.safuddin a brother of the murdered  cheif become furious and drove him out of ghazi.bahram soon came back and defeat safuddin and killed him.when allaudin heard of the fate of his brother, he vowed to punish the sultan of ghazi.he killed bahram.Allaudin destroyed building inhabitants of ghazi and earned the title of jahansaz(world burner).khusran shah successor of bahram made a unsuccessful attempt to defeat alladui but he failed.  Khusrau Malik son of khusru shah in 1191A.D killed by Muhammad bin Sam. On the death of Allaudin, his son sqifuddin came to power.saffidun killed in the battle against ghuzz Turks . nobles raised
