Sultan qutbuddin (1206_10)

He conquered Hans, Meerut, Dehli, koil, qanauj, ranthambar.he also had due share in the conquest of Banaras, kalinjar and mahoba.

He was viceroy of Muhammad ghuri, after his death his dynasty was divide among his slaves.ghuri bestowed the title of sultan on qutbuddin .after that qutbuddin defeat tajuddin yalduz and capture Lahore.

Qutbuddin die on November 1210 A.D when playing Chauhan(polo) and was buried at lahore.he married the sister of tajuddin yalduz.

He was generous, kind and had build good relation with other religions believers.in his era ulema and the learned were held in the highest esteem.

He build two mosque ,one at Delhi and other at Ajmer.
