Business on the name of magic, Special focus on Ghizer valley Gilgit Baltistan

 Nothing is more dangerous than ignorance, the quote I mostly list and read but I came to know it's true meaning when I saw its impact around me. Few days ago, I visited my relatives where some of the women were talking about something.I felt that they were talking about highly confidential thing. The discussion did not stop there, a few minutes later they again started the topic.the topic was about magical power.The most common issue in Gilgit Baltistan, mainly in Ghizer district where some of men/ women calim to be a faries friend. Moreover they say that they know peoples' future and they have the power to solve the  problems of people.It's nothing just a small business, where naive people invest.  However,

 Those whose claim of having magical power are poor people, who lack skills or employment to meet their needs so that's why only to meet their economic need use such  dogmas. Visitors have to pay them  some money, gifts, what they demand for, sometime what they have according to their will . I consider it a very critical issue  and started writing on it because of two reason .First  when I found that not only old but new generation also believe on them and use to indulge themselves in such activities. Secoudly, when I come to now that many of people loot poor, who already suffering  due to their poor income (just on the name of magic).

 In addition to this, now come towards who visits there, people visit there are poor and rich both. Because they are facing some severe issue in their life such as: economic problems, domestic issues, relationship problems, psychological problem. Among those some of the people are very poor who do not find any solution of their problems and indulge themselves in such activities. 

Furthermore, Now come towards main reason behind this: first  is lack of education: people here are illitrate, because of which they lack skills, they do not distinguish between wrong and right or we can say to find cause and solution of their problems and when they find such a hope around themselves they go for it.

 Secoudly, economic crises, it is the main cause behind this,

Most people do their best to handle their economic problems but when they don't find any way, they think that people around them are jealous with them and use some kind of black magic against in the way of their success.

Moreover,  some people visit there because of pyschological problems. Which is also a growing issue in the region which is because of lack of facilities, which have made peoples' life more hard. Almost half of the people in the region work in the feild 12 to 13 hours but don't get any satisfactory outcome (because mostly people economy is based on agriculture, which is based on climate). Few of crops, vegetables, fruits are dependent on  the climate and if climate is not suitable, they get nothing.
